RENTAL RATES RANGE FROM $550.00 TO $900.00 PER WEEK.                                         

Please add 12 1/2% sales tax to rental rate amount.

OCCUPANCY:We have 1 bedroom, sleep 6 maximum units and efficiencies, sleep 4 maximum, including infants and children. We strictly adhere to the maximum occupancy.
Time share rental weeks are Saturday to Saturday.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation must be made FORTY FIVE (45) DAYS  prior to arrival date for refund. After FORTY FIVE (45) DAYS, there is no refund.

CHECK-IN PROCEDURE:

Check-in time is after 4:00 PM on Saturday and Check out is by 10:00 AM Saturday.

A $10 key deposit is required upon check-in (It is refundable upon returning all keys at check-out.)

A signed imprint of a Visa or Master Card is required for security deposit. Each unit is inspected at check-out for damage or missing items.

If you will arrive after 7 PM on Saturday, the office will be closed, please call the resort to make arrangements to pick up your key. You will need to register on Sunday between 9:30 AM – 1:00PM.
